Shipping & Returns

All US standard ground shipments are free of charge to the customer. In this section, you’ll find information about our shipping, return and exchange policies.

Our products are shipped within 2-3 business days. First-class packages for international services varies by destination of placing your order via our preferred carrier, USPS (United States Postal Service).

All shipping times provided by USPS are estimates of the United States Postal Service. Please visit for more information.

International shipments are subject to additional customs/tax charges depending on the geographical area, country’s tax and duties policies. Please note: #follow_my_beard is not responsible for these extra charges.

Orders must provide a valid address and any undeliverable packages returned to our warehouse due to address issues may require additional shipping charges.

All returns are accepted up to 30 days from the time the order is received by the customer. Eligible return items must be unused, in the same condition they are received and shipped back in the original packaging – including your receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet the above criteria.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of return items. If you choose to receive a refund, a credit will be issued back to the customer’s credit card.
If you are returning an item over $50.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as #follow_my_beard and USPS don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

To initiate a return, please send an email to including your order number and your requested return item(s).

Once your return reached our warehouse and is inspected, we will send you an email notification we have received your returned item and if your refund was accepted.

If your item is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your payment card. Credit card credits take 24-48 hours to appear in your account. PayPal may take up to 72 hours.

If you don’t receive your refund within the time frames above, please contact the card issuer, as it may take additional time for them to post your refund. Additionally, your bank may also have additional information on the status of your refund.

Sale Items
Refunds are accepted on all regular priced items only. Unfortunately, discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

Product exchanges are accepted on items with sizing issues and exchanged for the same parent product in a smaller size. These items must be unused, in the same condition they are received, and shipped back in the original packaging – including your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that transit times on exchanged products may vary depending on your geographic location.
